Which hose cutter you guys using?

Which plier cutter you using for a clean cut right thru a solution? I use a faithful ole dremel when electric is around. But when electric is not around, dremel is useless.

I use a milwaukee m12 cutoff tool. Before the battery tool i used a air cutoff tool they both are the best at cutting wire reinforced pressure hose
