The difference between me and a hack

I did this place today in an active seniors complex condo. Carpet is about 30 years old. The whole unit was grey from a really shitty cleaning job in the past. I almost could’ve cleaned the carpet with no prespray and it would’ve looked quite good, but I gave the full 100%. I haven’t seen a bad cleaning like this in many years. It might’ve actually been at this complex when I did.
