CHANGE is not easy. I get it especially for you older guys

You must flood carpets with gallons of water to clean it ... WRONG

I will check back on the GROUP THINK in 2030

And I will continue to promote the VLM/SETT Method as the PREMIUM carpet cleaning Method

When done correctly

The FUTURE of carpet cleaning is VLM !!!

I do both methods. Had a job recently that I would have dreaded using encap on. Realtor job in a condo full of dried feces and urine. I could have encapped it but means vacuuming and contaminating my vacuum cleaner, prespraying an enzyme to start, CRB it in, use 2 types of pads to scrub and extract with an oxy-encap. Probably would have taken 3-4 hours. Realtor isn't prepared to pay that much. Went in with my portable, presprayed with a high pH products that contains enzymes, oxidizer and solvents, let dwell a bit then rinsed with another high pH rinse in the tank. 1.5 hours and the carpets look improved enough to begin showing the listing. There is a place for VLM but it's not better or worse than her, just an alternative system.

All of that is true, but it’s not true for everything. How many eye rolling, laughing emojis do you need before you get it. You’re not even changing anyone’s minds on sett or whatever you want to call it. It is what it is. I
use every method, which is the easiest EXCEPT dry compound if I can help it.

Most humans don't realize when they lie to themselves, let alone to others..

If a higher authority were to create a list of Must Have tools/ methods to own and master in order to be able to legally call yourself a professional floor cleaner, the following would have to be on that list

A truckmount, unless you only work in high rises

A OP

A 175

A CRB

A clean carpet wand

and a dirty carpet wand..

A multi-surface wand

A spinner

A nice fabric hand tool

And a filthy fabric hand tool

Finally, a Hydroforce, and the wits about you to properly use and maintain it..

If only been Jon-Don sale staff knew this verbatim ,they may still be in business

Its certainly not the 70s but you seem to be stuck in it . Host was the vlm latest greatest process back then, they were gunna run all us rug suckers outa business what happened to them?? O yes chem dry came along in the mid 80s and host went away . But what happened to chemdry?? Somewhere in this century They quietly jumped ship and switched there process to hwe of course keeping the attitude "were superior because were carbonated " (but we now clean hwe) meanwhile you seem to be stuck in last century. With last centuries technology. All i have to do to compete with a company like yours is carry 2 pictures in to show potential customers during an estimate and ask um which machine would you want to clean your carpets?? The little brush thingy or a V8 powered monster? Guess which the advantage and the above advantage potential customer will choose?? You don't have to answer that, we here all know the answer already, sowith that said, in short whether you like it or not, agree or disagree...."the solution to carpet pollution is still dilution "

BEAUTIFUL Set Up if it was still the 90's

You can still do it that way, but unnecessary

That's called OVER KILL !!!

You made the sellers of that very happy ... CONGRATULATIONS !!!

It's 2025 and you don't need to POWER WASH carpet with 25 Thousand to 50 Thousand Dollar Machines to get them clean anymore

The CEMISTRY of carpet cleaning has improved dramatically over the last 10 years

So lets not over complicate Carpet Cleaning. It's a very simple process

I would agree that Dwain is over cleaning most of his repeats with the RX-20/ Drag wand approach.

He could get great results, better dry times and double or triple his current production rates with a vacuum, apply the juice, crb as needed, and rinse with a 12"/ Hole Glided two jet wand

His customers, profit margins, lower back, joints and the carpet all would be better off

Alot of cleaners have shown me how to do it quicker. There has yet to be one to show me how to do it better. Im always willing to watch and compare and i have the perfect dirty carpet for a fair comparison.
