How often do you buy new equipment, and get rid of your old stuff ?

Every 3-4 years ? Run it till it dies ?

run it at least till its paid for itself 30 times then if it looks old sell it and buy newer, but then agian the longest i have owned a piece of restoration equipment is four years and that equipment is now overflow or backup equipment.
